Ingredients

Scale
  • Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Garnish
  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the pot. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens (about 2–3 minutes). Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Add cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything in the creamy sauce until well coated. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
